For Publishers

You built the audience. We bring the demand.

If your readers compare prices, hunt deals, plan a renovation or research a purchase, they are worth far more than the CPMs a generic display stack will pay you. We monetize that intent properly, and we do the operational work ourselves.

The problem

Shopping intent sold at newsletter prices.

Commerce audiences are among the most valuable on the internet and among the worst monetized. The reasons repeat across every market we work in:

  • 01

A stack built for reach, not intent

Generic display demand cannot read a price-comparison page as anything other than a pageview, so it bids like one.

  • 02

Passback chains nobody has audited in years

Every hop costs latency and margin. Most publishers we onboard are losing double digits before a single impression renders.

  • 03

No direct relationships with the brands that care

The CPG and retail advertisers who would pay a premium for your audience are buying somewhere else, because nobody is selling them your inventory.

  • 04

Yield management as a part-time job

Floors, formats and seasonality need constant attention. One person doing it between other duties leaves money on the table every week.

What you get

A monetization team you do not have to hire.

  • 01

    A rebuilt demand stack

Header bidding configured for your actual traffic, curated private marketplaces, and the passback chains removed. We run the technical integration.

  • 02

    Native offer units

Retail promotions rendered as content your readers actually use — store-level deals, price drops, weekly flyers — instead of banners they scroll past.

  • 03

    Access to direct brand budgets

Our commercial teams sell your inventory into guaranteed programs with brands that want shoppers, in the markets where they plan their spend.

  • 04

    Yield operations, run daily

Floors, format mix, seasonality and demand partners actively managed by people whose only job is your revenue line.

How it works

Four steps, roughly eight weeks.

  1. 01

    Audit

We look at your current stack, your revenue by placement and your traffic composition, and tell you what it should be earning. Free, and yours to keep either way.

  2. 02

    Integrate

A single tag or a prebid module. Our engineers do the configuration and QA alongside your team.

  3. 03

    Ramp

We move inventory across gradually, measuring against your baseline so the comparison is honest.

  4. 04

    Operate

Ongoing yield management, new demand partners, seasonal planning and monthly reporting against agreed targets.

Questions

What publishers usually ask.

Do we have to move all of our inventory?

No. Most publishers start with one placement or one section so they can measure us against their existing setup. We would rather earn the rest.

Is this exclusive?

Not by default. We work alongside your existing demand partners, and in many cases we increase what they pay you by making them compete properly.

What size of audience do you work with?

Our floor is roughly 300,000 monthly sessions with genuine commercial intent. Below that we will tell you honestly that the operational overhead is not worth it for either side.

How are we paid?

Monthly, on a revenue share agreed up front, with the reporting that supports it. No minimum commitments and no lock-in beyond a standard notice period.

Find out what your audience is actually worth.

The audit is free and takes about two weeks. You keep the findings whether or not we work together.
